Citizen Science Kits
Patrons can check out kits to help collect data and send it to scientists and researchers around the country who are studying our planet.
We will be participating in the "Observing Pollinators" program. Find out what this project is all about and how you can be part of it by watching a short introductory video by clicking "View Weblink".
This program is open to all residents with a valid Milwaukee County library card.

2024 Summer Reading Program
Begins June 3!

There is a reading program for every age!

If you don’t already have an account, download the Beanstack Tracker app or click on "View Weblink" to register for the Summer Reading Club! Record the books you read (adults) or the time your read (kids and teens) and receive entries for great prize drawings!

If you already have a profile, just log into your account with your existing username and password. Follow the on-screen instructions. You may register as an individual or family. Each age group has a summer reading program (children, teens, and adults).

New Foreign Language Collection!
The Franklin Public Library now has an Adult Fiction collection in four foreign languages!

We now have fiction titles in Arabic, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu. These titles check out for three weeks. They are located by the paperbacks in the Adult Fiction section of the library.
