Materials Selection Policy
The objective of the Franklin Public Library is to select, organize, preserve, and make freely available material that assists individuals, business, and groups in the community.

To reserve either the Fadrow or Sievert Conference Rooms, please fill out this form completely. First, download and save the form to your computer before filling it out. Once it is filled out, you can then print/save and email it to FPLMeetingRooms@mcfls.org.

Tool Lending Library Agreement, Release and Liability Waiver
Franklin Public Library has a Tool Lending Library for use by residents. Patrons must first read and sign the Tool Lending Library Agreement, Release and Liability Waiver before they will be able to borrow any tools from this collection.
Unattended & Disruptive Children
This policy provides guidelines in the event a child is lost or separated from his or her caregiver while visiting the library.
Virtual Reality Center Policy
The Virtual Reality Center is located in the CreateSpace. Use of the Virtual Reality Center is governed by this policy and attached waiver/release of liability form.
